Always friendly, courteous, and helpful with anything I need. They take me to work and then deliver my vehicle back to me which is very, very important.

I have had nothing but good experiences when I have taken my truck to Eddie Preuitt Ford Service Department. Tim, specifically, always tells me exactly what’s going on and doesn’t treat me like I’m just the next customer and hurry me out of the way. I always enjoy seeing Mr. Eddie

My car needed some repairs and when I called to schedule Roger was very courteous and helpful!! My car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price!! They did a great job on my repairs!!

As always, the service department staff addresses my concerns as professionals and they are always attentive and kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The whole experience was great! It is obvious that the people there care and want to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Great people, good service with that small town feel. Will use them again whenever I need service.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Buying process was quick and painless. Any questions were answered.

I have traded with Eddie Preuitt Ford for at least 30 plus years. I went with another car on my last vehicle and was happy with it; but it wasn't a Ford. Now I am very happy with my new Explorer and Eddie Preuitt Ford. Thank you for all your help.
